At this point I would give zero stars. We ordered 10k worth of furniture in mid-November while we were in Calistoga. Betsy was pleasant and we decided to have everything shipped after holidays since we were traveling. Fast forward to March. Called and left messages numerous times with no call back. Finally she calls and says it’s ready to ship and she charges us $900 (more than she originally told us) for shipping at the end of March. Finally got the chairs end of July. They are beautiful as is the table. Took seven months which was a surprise.
Ordered furniture in Nov 2023 with a 50% deposit. Paid in full in Jan 2024 and still no furniture. Betsy seems like a lovely person. Jeanie in charge of shipping promised an update a week ago. We still have NO information about our shipment or delivery date? Has it actually been shipped?
Unbelievable finds, a fun place to visit! Betsy has a great mix of “on trend” items and she is lovely to chat with! Great selection of jewelry, clothing, tableware, glassware, and more!
So happy we found this gem of a store! I loved the furniture and amazing art - all were so unique and had such character. Bought a beautiful set of dishes that were perfectly shipped to my house. And also ended up walking out with a new dress and such a cute hat to up my Calistoga outfit for our weekend getaway. Betsy was so sweet and helpful, we will definitely go back next time we visit the Napa Valley.
