Si fuera por mí les diera 0 estrellas no se merecen ni una, porque nos estafaron nos pidieron de adelanto 400$ en money order y ya tenemos 15 días y hasta la fecha de hoy quedaron en resolvernos y nada que nos resuelven para irnos a mudar, porque según la chica para el 01 de noviembre el departamento ya estaba listo y que si era con seguridad, ahora desde hace días nos tiene con que va a resolver y nada que resuelven, le pedimos de vuelta los 400$ y tampoco no los quieren regresar, ESTAFADORES”.
I have to say i was skeptical because of the past comments people have left on here but the girl in the office Shayla . is extremely helpful and has been great since we have lived here and maintenance is on top of everything we have needed them to fix glad we found this place !
Manager is horrible . I’ve been living here for about 4 years and idk the managers is just over the top doing too much. She cares too much about stuff that’s irrelevant but doesn’t take the time to care about the things that she should be idk . Maybe I’m just being a petty teenager but something is different and it’s definitely the manager .
You know Shyla deserves a freakin raise. She showed me so much kindness and respect that I’ll always recommend people come here. It’s not often you find someone who cares about others the way Shyla does. Thank you for all you have done Shyla!
Shyla was very helpful, communicative, and understanding throughout the moving process. They worked with our move in schedule, gave us a good deal and approved our move in quickly. The whole experience was amazing and made moving a lot less stressful
