WORST COMPLEX EVER! During my year stint at Casa del Toro I got the privledge of living in the dump they call Phase I. Eventhough Phase I was built not even two years ago they are disgusting, that I would of had a nicer time living in my car. The carpet in the unit didn't match the rest of the carpet, the furniture was odds and ends that looked like it was purchased at a yard sale. Don't live here Casa del Toro is the biggest joke out there. I moved in a month ago into Phase 2 which is brand new and they are making all the people who are paying per room (which is how the townhouses are advertised) and making them move into Phase 1, which is a run down, unsafe piece of crap. All together, my roommates and I pay $1630 a month for the current townhouse. They are making us move so they can charge $1830 a month, plus electric. All they want is money.They lie about everything, saying they didn't know a month... read more
