Management is poor, maintenance is terrible. Bed bugs and cockroaches run rampant. They increase the rent every year. They illegally tow your vehicles. Neighbors stomp, yell, scream. Kids are out of control, people have stole my cable numerous times. It's an absolute nightmare. All these things add up to a miserable experience, especially when the manager and owners refuse to do anything about these issues. I'm disabled by the way.
Terribly greedy owners. Will increase your rent on a whim, and have very successful scams with, at least, one towing company. The apartments themselves are in terrible condition as they like to cover problems with paint. Single bedroom units have only window AC units that do very little in summer and are almost useless in winter. Signage on property says guests have to use the nonexistent Visitor parking spots and the current towing company has ridiculous extortion rates to get your vehicle back.
