Was approved for an apartment and Kim rescinded the approval due to my ESA, which is a violation of the Fair Housing Act. The man in the office was very nice but the owner does not abide by HUD law and will discriminate against people with disabilities.
The renting lady Kim, is very discriminating she said I was fraudinf the welfare system when I get SSD not welfare. Social security benefits I paid into when I was working. She also discriminated us because we don’t pay taxes. I also have bad credit my boyfriend and I, and she told me that she will not be able to help us because we are not reliable.
