Management, and maintenance are improving. There are many different aspects that go into having a positive experience in a community. This not a welcoming community. Many of the neighbors are not genuine, and are out for themselves. I have tried to make genuine connections with neighbors, and upon moving one said "I am here for myself". Worst place I’ve ever moved to. You get harassed by nosey neighbors. Notices from the office based off assumptions and not facts. Many rules that aren’t necessary. They are not professional, very shady. No thank you, I like to live in peace.
Must be very unsafe... had to upgrade the bulb.
Asked if they could put light on motion sensor that was shining in my window. Been a year now. Thanks for being neighborly.
