On September 15, 2026 at 1:01 p.m. my water got shut off again. I called the office and spoke with Susan for the second time about the water situation. She and the other lady that work in the office doesn't why the water got shutting off. Susan told me that she would call me back. And I said it's okay, she doesn't have to call me back because I know it's all bull- sh_t. This park has some management issues. If you consider to live in this park, read all the reviews on Yelp.

The property itself is decent, quiet & neighbors are friendly that I’ve met thus far. I see at least one person’s review stating they had an unpleasant experience with Susan but she has always been pleasant & respectful with me. Although I do understand that everyone has different interactions. Sara(h) is the manager who was rude to me. Her excuse was that beeing kind & respectful gets her disrespected daily which has nothing to do with me. I shouldn’t bee mistreated as a result of past encounters with other people.
