Ms. Helen was very knowledgeable about my vape devices and even took the time to help me set up my devices new pods and coils on the correct settings because I was burning my coils each time due to not reading the instructions that kame with my kits Lol. The store was also very klean & both employees wore masks even though it's not mandatory Thank you
