This Has Been The Worst Place I Have Ever Lived In The Manager Keeps Threatening Me And My Family That We Have To Leave For No Reason And On Top of that she wants double the rent i think shes just trying to get the money for herself

Don't rent here if you value your car. In a 18 month period of time over 12 cars have been broken into or vandalized. The management doesn't care and would rather take long breaks and be missing from view then to deal with the very real threat to residents personal property. So if you want to deal with a management company that runs their property like a high school drama club instead of professional adults, then this might be the place for you. The staff at this property acts as if they can do no wrong, however, the property itself is in much need of attention. During our one year lease, we had to request service for our heater going out in the middle of the winter 5 times till they finally decided to put in a new one. We also had water leaking through the ceiling in above our bathtub which they thought they fixed the first time. The staff is very impersonal and almost always impossible to reach. Great place if you want to hate where you live. Management is awful, no one does anything about anything. I've lived here a few years, originally I was sketchy but the place won me over. It was once quiet, the management was once great. However the new management is awful. Kim avoids the tenants like the plague, you must find her if you wish to speak to her. Not a good place. Was told "you won't need A/C, the ocean breeze keeps it cool". Several days we must leave the apartment because of heat. Neighbors are extremely loud and inconsiderate. Management is very condescending. Always "so glad you let us know" about an issue but then has no follow up. Pool is supposed to close at 10. The young adults that live here think it is their own private after hours party spot. Maintenance will walk by and see them swiming and yelling and not say a word to them.
