nexpected deaths and funding is a hardship. William Is full of knowledge he was able to help answer every question we had that last person we spoke to before casa de Paz said 19,000.00 for what casa de Paz was able to do for a fraction of the price. I do leave 4 stars not for the staff in office but the lady who seemed to be trying her best when we called for pricing and ended up getting the wrong price given and then we got it corrected it just made the start stressful after hearing 19,000.00 for flying home a family member... read more

Usually do not review but this one is a must. At first my family (Gallegos), arrived to hire their services, they were nice and understanding to my family's situation. Everything was running smoothly until 2 days before my father Javier Gallegos’ funeral. They had not contacted me regarding me sending his pictures and songs until 2 days prior when I went to make the final payment, but that was not the worst part. If i could give them zero stars i would, they are literally the worst funeral home!!! They where set on a date for my grandmas body to be transferred to another country they literally called a day before and said they double booked!!! We had family members already waiting and everything was set for them to realize they made a mistake on the dates! So irresponsible!!
