The waitress had a very hard time hearing, not sure if it was her or the loud environment. She brought all of us the wrong sides and my sisters tenderloin was RARE ordered med and my brother in laws steak was med well and he ordered it med rare. Both of the meals they ordered we VERY salty and I salt everything. I also prefer my steak med rare and I would not even take a bite of my sisters tenderloin. Phenomenal dinner! Great host we had an absolute wonderful waitress.
Loud. Tables crowded too close. Every item my husband requested was "not available" and he had to pick something else. We made reservations for 7pm. Arrived at 6:50pm. We're seated just after 7:20pm. My husband is diabetic and doesn't drink, so we couldn't sit at the overcrowded bar. No where for us to wait the half hour for our table. Constantly was shuffled out of the way. I'm not sure how many of you are "Tripe" fans but I have loved it since childhood! It's rare to find it on a menu unless you're in the Southern Italian sun though I have seen it offered occasionally in upscale Italian Bistros. Joe's version is perfection...it literally melts in your mouth and vies in quality with my Nanno's....! On a broader note, I have never been disappointed with any of the dishes at Casa! Authentic sauce, all farm fresh ingedients and you never have to specify...al dente! Now "That's Italian"!
