We just moved into Casa de Oro, and I want to mention it was because of Linda Hernandez's professionalism and communication that we selected Casa. Had some disappointing issues with the apartment make-ready and she has worked very hard to get them remedied. They've all been taken care of. She is the heart and soul of the building, cares about the atmosphere and reputation of the building, and is an amazing asset for management.
Parking sucks
I lived here back in 2018-2020. We had a major mold problem because the ventilation wasn’t good, but other than that was very good. I was a teenager and this was my first apartment and I recommend to anyone on a budget. It’s also in a quiet location.
I moved in in 2020 right before COVID the manager was Amy she was a good manager and Albert was and is still maintenance man and a good person. The new manager is desires is the new manager. Terrible manager she runs 3 apartments and never shows up only to collect rent other than that you don't see her. She never answers the phone or returns the call. Especially when it comes to having the apartment fixed and she doesn't relay the message to maintenance. It's not maintenance fault when the manager doesn't relay the message. ... read more
