Met friends at Casa De Oro (north) yesterday, late afternoon. Had not been to this resaurant in probably 10+ years. We were seated in the dining room and were there to discuss wedding plans, etc. Ordered drinks and shared an assortment appetizer platter. When the bill came was surprised because it was, "HappyHour" and there was no reflection of this in the billing.
