DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS FOR ALTERATIONS. I dropped off a new, formal dress that needed a simple hem. First pick up I had to leave it with them to redo the hem because they had sewn the hem very unevenly. They blamed me for their very sloppy hem. Not sure how that’s my fault? Second pick up, the hem was still uneven and the dress was still touching the floor with the same shoes on that I wore for the measurements.No refund offered, just telling me it’s my fault. The first impression is what gives the service away. We are walking into store and as soon as we walk in instead of a greeting we are greeted by someone body shaming my fiancé. Now the problem here is not that we have soft feeling but just the way it was brought up. Some people are not mentally strong and that incident can cause drastic issues.
