Por alguna razón, a mitad del proceso, me quitó el parche de Levi’s, dejó los hilos viejos, usó una puntada diferente, hizo el nudo POR ENCIMA de la tela y dejó hilos sueltos por todas partes. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS FOR ALTERATIONS. I dropped off a new, formal dress that needed a simple hem. First pick up I had to leave it with them to redo the hem because they had sewn the hem very unevenly. They blamed me for their very sloppy hem. Not sure how that’s my fault? Second pick up, the hem was still uneven and the dress was still touching the floor with the same shoes on that I wore for the measurements.No refund offered, just telling me it’s my fault.
