Absolutely terrible customer service. Moriah refused to answer the phone and had a full voicemail so we could only communicate over text. (red flag number 1) She was highly rude, snarky, unprofessional, and refused to help a sick client reschedule due to the booking being made on classpass. Classpass does not allow rescheduling, only cancellation and charges excessive fees. Even with that information she refused to help. Her energy was off from the first message. Had a 75 min massage service and let me tell you Moriah got me back in the game. Highly recommend her and definitely will be back.
This woman has magical hands I swear. I was having lots of body aches postpartum. After 8 months of trying every workout and pelvic floor exercise I could find, I decided it was time to try something different. It’s a whole vibe and so is she! The massage was so memorable that it’s a must do when I visit Atlanta on business. Great room setup, plenty of oils, great pressure, and good conversation (if that’s also your thing). Highly recommend. My neck and jaw are finally working again.
