Had to call the law afew times method pipes found outside under a tree by our apartment also fake 100 was being left around with meth when we told the landlord she said okay I look out for kids and that wasn't safe. The apartment are roaches infected we called and had professional come do it because it was so bad the exterminator said it was never sprayed before we moved in because my home health care called APS the landlord refused to renew our lease
Terrible. They jack up the prices while reducing maintenance. The pool is not open for 11 months out of the year and just green. They stopped watering the grass years ago. Roach infestation. 1 out of all the dryers work and half the washer that "working" leave your clothes soaked. They put signs up that they'll be coming in for a some sort of inspection or maintenance. Spend all day home and no one shows up. They come another day and the guy tried opening the door without even knocking.

All statements in this review are true and by a real tenant. IF I COULD LEAVE MINUS 10 AS A RATING I WOULD! Complaints of any kind to the manager are absolutely ignored. The buildings should have been bombed long ago. Every time you think you got rid of the roaches more show up. In the bed, on the walls, on the tooth brush, in the sinks, toilet, crawling up the walls while you watch TV. No getting rid of them!
