I love living here, it is home for me and my son. My neighbors are so nice and have become great friends. Marva and her family work around the clock to keep this place beautiful and safe! We are located near everything one would need, Northeast Shopping Center, downtown St Pete and less than 30 minutes to Tampa Airport! Plus great schools. Great place to live....Management easily accessible at all times, friendly staff minutes away from downtown St. Petersburg scenic shoreline and in walking distance to many eateries as well as watering holes. What more can you ask for.!!!
Great place to live if you:1. Enjoy having an alcoholic manager and maintenance man 2. Do not mind not being able to get anything repaired in your apartment3. Neighbors who do not know how to keep their nose out of other peoples bussiness4. A Owner that has no clue what is really going on5.
