I DO NOT recommend at all going to this location. I’ve been to 2 other Casa de Hilo locations and I’ve never had a problem. In fact I’ve been to Edinburg location in the past and didn’t have a problem until I walked in December 2025, there was a girl working alone, that I had never seen before, she was super rude with an attitude, making faces for absolutely no reason, doesn’t even greet customers. *Edit! Again, DO NOT GO TO THEM! They take your money, hang up on you when you call, and gaslight you!!! Stay away!!! Run!!! I booked an appointment and paid a deposit. I arrived at my scheduled time and the woman refused to see me and said to come back later. My deposit has not been refunded, so these people basically stole from me.
