Do NOT rent here! Management is awful and will do anything to take your money without fulfilling their obligations in the lease. I had squirrels making holes in my ceiling for MONTHS and I called them many times and they did nothing, and when I tried to get out of the lease because of it they said that because I called them and told them the room was uninhabitable instead of wrote them a letter saying the room was uninhabitable, I legally had no standing and they would charge me.
