Casa flowers for me has been the worst international ordering service I have ever experienced. I ordered on website 2 days ago with same day delivery and flowerrs were not delivered, money was taken from credit card. I emailed following day and received a respond from Lisa advising that staff went home unwell and she was busy. Lisa if you can’t fulfill the order then don’t accept it, there are lots of other more reliable florists.
