Saratoga isn't a place to go for cheap food, and Casa de Cobre doesn't change that; but it's certainly a place to expect good food, and Casa de Cobre doesn't disappoint there either. The atmosphere is relaxed with red lighting illuminating a wall of whimsical Mexican figurines as a backdrop to a comfortable seating area. Probably my favorite restaurant for dinner in saratoga.
I've eaten here a few times and I've been disappointed each time; I WANT to like it and it seems many others really like it, but the value for $ is highly questionable.
Mmm... delicious fancy Mexican food, as I like to put it. I recommend the queso fundido and ceviche! And of course, a maragarita to top it off!
