The renter will not give you your deposit back, they nitpick anything they can to keep all of your deposit so beware. We arrived to a full trash can with no instructions of when to have it dumped, we were fined for that. Rodents were everywhere because of it also. We left a condiment in the fridge and we were fined for that as well. We were fined also for our dogs, which we paid a deposit for. Good place
We have been to this rental 2 times in the last year and couldn't say enough great things about it! The location is ideal and so close to everything in Galveston. The beach in front of the house is some of the nicest I have ever seen around town. Tammy is fantastic to work with and so thoughtful in every way. We would come back every week if we could!
We love this house and private beach!
