I am not a tenant, but one of my clients lives here. This is by far the best maintained low income apartment complex I have seen! There's a beautiful garden that the residents maintain as well and everyone seems happy. The manager is always very kind and lets me use the restroom in the office since I am on the road all day.
Hud. There is a handyman, "Mac", who is not supposed to be there, getting into elderly's apartments and going through their things when they are out. He is NOT supposed to be there, but still is. Stays with a tenant, probably against that tenant's will. Apparently he goes in and damages/steals tenants' belongings. I believe management is aware of it, but does nothing to make him leave. He has key access to all apartments.
