mobile home park – What a load of vitriolic swill. Ordinarily, I would never give 5 stars in any review. However in this case someone needs to offset the attitude of the previous reviewers. Have I ever been ?hung up on? by staff? Yes, after a conversation, a thank you, and a good buy. Sometimes, when things are hectic, or in the middle of a problem. Love living here and LOVE the manager and her staff! – I own a home in this park and have lived here for 3 years. I have always been treated with respect and in a professional manner by the manager and her staff. How anyone can blame the manager for the recent electrical problems is absolutely unfair and ridiculous. She has handled this fiasco with class and has been overwhelmingly communicative with the residents. Honest review – The truth of the matter is Ann Olsen is a very good park manager. She is consistent with applying the rules to each and everyone alike and very generous with her time and efforts concerning the residents. If it were not for her efforts and effectively enforcing the park rules which, are agreed upon by each resident during the initial process before purchasing a home here, the park would not be nearly as nice as it is. Manaeger does not care about her tenants!!! – Ok so yet again yesturday sat. 5/31 the power went out twice. Do you think the manager has given us any news as to what is going on. No not even one of her very unproffesional letters she writes us telling is how peopl are not doing things they should. Warning Renters!!!!!!!! – The manager at Casa De Amigos Ann, is the most belligerent, rude, and inept individual that I have ever come across. She is rarely available to speak with, and when she is available, and you do speak with her, you will wish that you hadn't. What you will get when you voice a valid concern about your space or an issue is blown off, spoken to rudely, or even hung-up on. Casa De Amigos Owner information – After doing a bit of research on the web and a bit of calling I wanted to provide for everyone the owners information. Operated By CASA DE AMIGOS LTD 3424 CARSON ST SUITE 650 TORRANCE, CA 90503 310-214-0115 If you have complaints here is where you can call to avoid speaking with the rude site manager! Hopefully with enough calls they may replace her or get rid of her.
