Because of the outstanding management, we resided in several of the Casa apts From 2017-2025, at one time due to an unforseen family event, we rented two apartments simultaneously, Lynne has always been very accommodating and compassionate to her tenants in a professional way. The community management and her staff, always go above & beyond for the tenants, always looking out for her tenants well-being and safety, addressing any maintenance issues swiftly without delay.

Great place to live & quite quiet . All the positive reviews of Lynn are relevant as she really is a great woman . As for Boulder city, in general it is a very calm & relaxed placed . If you want to just have a 30 minute ride to the chaos of downtown but stay in a place that is considered more of a retreat. This is the place to be .
