Great place to live & quite quiet . All the positive reviews of Lynn are relevant as she really is a great woman . As for Boulder city, in general it is a very calm & relaxed placed . If you want to just have a 30 minute ride to the chaos of downtown but stay in a place that is considered more of a retreat. This is the place to be .
This place took advantage of my friend really badly when they were already struggling.
Its really bad.
I lived here in 2013-2015. Management was amazing. She was so helpful and very nice. They are military/veteran friendly. The majority of the neighbors were very nice. Of course no matter where you go, there will be a neighbor that can never be happy. But if you respect your neighbors and landlord, you will get respect in return. It is located near shopping centers. Easy access. And the pool was well kept.
