I can’t say enough good things about this place! I was very nervous about getting a pedicure, because it has been years and I had a really bad experience at a different place just a couple of months earlier, but Mona went out of her way to make me feel completely comfortable. My Absolute FAVOURITE nail spot! Everyone is extremely friendly and talented and it’s never a dull moment when you walk through the doors! Vivi is INCREDIBLE at every nail design I give her! She’s so honest with what will look good on your skin tone and shape and length of nails!
Overall, I’d rate our experience a 2.5 out of 5. We visited on the 15th as a group of four and all got acrylic/gel manicures and pedicures. The pedicures were fantastic—no complaints there. The staff took their time, and we all really enjoyed that part of the service. Unfortunately, the manicures were a completely different story, and I wouldn’t return for them. I had a wonderful experience with Joy for an eyebrow wax and tint. She took the time to map my brows as well as addressing my concerns (hello over plucking in the 90’s) and my goals She was professional, friendly and you can tell she takes great pride in her work The facial massage at the end was the icing on the cake Highly recommend 10/10
