I am going on 9 or 10 years living here at Casa Corsicana Apartments. I have a 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment and have been extremely happy living here. Awesome place to live. Really feels like home.
The expansive gardens.
My wife and I have lived here a year and we love this place, we’re about to sign another lease. It’s quiet, no booming music or parties, no shady drug activity and never seen cops here. Mostly young families for residents which is great since we’re about to be one as well! Units are well maintained and maintenance resolves issues rapidly. No bug or mold problems. On the crime maps, this place rests in an A rating. What more could you want?
Just moved in and love it! Quiet, peaceful and affordable. Apartment is updated nicely and clean. Pool is awesome and convenient. Maintenance is great and friendly. So happy we moved here!
