I have been to the imaging center several times. The employees are always friendly, efficient and helpful. I appreciate that I don't have to wait hours like I have at other imaging centers, and I am able to book appointments within a week or so, instead of months out like other imaging centers. I have nothing but good things to say about my experiences here.

You would think working in health care the associates would try and be helpful. Desiree the "manager" was anything but. As a patient, I had to play phone tag for a week between this office and my primary care for their MISCOMMUNICATION and ERRORS. Keep up the great work at casa colina, really reflects in your reviews.

Had a scheduled mri at 11:30am Told Vanessa the scheduler when the appointment was made that we would be in OT in building at the same facility at 10:30. Absolute joke. I had an appointment for a brain MRI & they will tell you to arrive 1/2 hour early. So I show up early for my appointment and I am told I’m probably going to have to wait 1 1/2 hours because they took a couple people in before me. A lady told me after a while it should be another half hour. So I waited, an hour went by and I asked what is going on. Not to thrilled. Been coming here for over 11 years and front desk person very unprofessional. Like I'm dealing with a 10 year old. I find it hard to believe that the President of this place would allow such unprofessionalism.
