IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS... I SO M.F. G.D. WOULD!!! Lived here for 2 years. Way over priced! Sent in an email asking about pricing and was offered a lower price than what I was paying currently! Confronted them about it and they would not even offer it to me. Over charged for a tiny apartment that has been over sprayed with thick paint. Drawers stick, doors stick, no bathroom ventilation, no central air. Parking is a joke! They make you pay a 3rd party for a parking pass and then let broken down cars take up the spots. Casa Ciento? More like Caca Ciento! Thick coats of paint! Hard to open drawers or cupboards! They even paint over staples lol Management constantly changes rules as they go! I noticed they covered up their dropbox, forcing you to pay rent in person, yet when rent is due, they close the office early! They thought I didn't notice that, but I did! The maintenance man even said the property management is crooked! Trust me! So many people moved out while I lived there and when I moved out, there was about 10 empty units! One of t... read more
