Had a great time getting my car from these guys. I had probably the best sales man you could ever hope for his name was Royce. And man did he do everything he could it didn’t matter how many walls we hit he never gave up and now I’m riding around in a QX80 top tier work if you ask me. Definitely recommend these guys if you want a car for a good price. Thank you casa, Royce you guys are amazing.
I recently brought my car to them for damage assessment and while they weren't able to help with my situation, they were amazing and hospitable. The staff is very friendly and warm. They made sure I had everything I needed even though I wasn't technically a customer. Great place, greater people.
Casa Autoplex and AutoGroup is the absolute worst company you could do business with. For the love of God, the service is so bad, but the way they treat their employees is even worse. It's almost unbelievable. My vehicle was in there for service several times, with both their Hyundai and Ford service departments. I've received my vehicle back with a broken windshield, that it didn't have before it was dropped off for service at the Hyundai department. I had to fight to get them to fix it for me.
