While their tiles are beautiful and handmade, I have to warn others about this company. They list delivery dates on their website that turn out to be entirely incorrect. I was told my large order of tiles would arrive in 3-4 weeks, but it took 6 weeks, pushing my whole project back and costing me $2000. Customer service was unapologetic and misleading in their emails. When I had to order more tile due to cutting and breakage, I double-checked if they had it in stock before ordering. Tiles are beautiful, but they will not respond to my messages. I orders 18 tiles and only received 17. I would NOT rely on this company for your home projects. Also, shipping took 3+ weeks.
Ive bought a bathroom full of tiles from this place so they does arrive at some point. However they seem to have a fetish about not responding to customer inquiries, no info on delivery timelines. It could be a lot more interactive.
