Good food. This is great Italian food. They give huge portions, and they have a great variety. I eat here regularly. The atmosphere is very nice. They also do a lot to support the college, so I like supporting them in return.
Italian We were celebrating a birthday and decided to go the Casa Calabria because everybody loves Italian. We all ordered something different and tasted everything. We got lasagna, pizza, veal parmisan, spaghetti, salads, garlic bread. Great, Great food! Everybody in our party was satisfied. The service was kind of slow, but the wait was well worth it.
RecommendedLast night a friend and I went there, and there were no smaller tables available, and instead of having us wait until one open. The owner graciously gave us a table where they could have made more money and had more seating available. It is nice to see and establishment place customers first❣️

So I ordered a Minestrone Soup, and you give me this? I called and was told “it’s only one ladle full, 8oz”. I’ve ordered 3 separate times and the container is almost full. Get it together. Almost 6 bucks for a ladle of soup. You could at LEAST put how many oz’s of soup you’re getting.

Honestly the best place we ate on our whole 1 week trip to the UP... we ended up having dinner here twice & wish we would've went more! So good & the staff was very friendly & knowledgeable!
Seems like since the whole pandemic food quality went down hill but prices went up. Used to be my go to Italian restaurant. But paid over 50 bucks for one person steak and lasagna dinner. Will not be returning till they figure out what’s going on.
We had THE BEST takeout pizza, salad and bread from here about two weeks ago. Adam one of the chefs is truly amazing! This is our new stop for pizza in town! We usually get pasta which is good too. Marquette is lucky to have such a great restaurant and great location as well.
Having to spend 45+ minutes of my time on the phone disputing a charge is not my ideal type of Thursday night. I have NEVER EVER been one to post this type of content, however I am absolutely disgusted with The Casa Calabria and will never order from this restaurant (my pastime favorite🥺) again. I placed an order over the phone for the stuffed shells entree and salad last week. Chelsea, you know this is not what happened. When you picked up the order, you did not know what the order was. We did not have your name for an order. The server read ALL the items in the order she had in front of her. You told her, “Yes, that was your order,”. You paid for it and left a $20 tip and left with the food. We never heard anything from you until 2 hours later when u called us to tell us you received the wrong order. You brought home $90 worth of food, ate it and now you don’t want to pay for it?
