The way it was billed I thought I was paying for a top quality home inspection. Seems much more likely I paid too much for him to walk through my house and pick out obvious things. Almost immediately I had to call an electrician out to check the wiring in the attic, which the report claims he checked not even a week before, because of some buzzing. I was told he was the most thorough in the area and that is definitely the case. He found so many underlying problems that were undetected during the home viewing before contract. Found at least $60K in underlying damage and enabled me to make the right decision and back out of the contract. Already plan to use for next contract I place. Highly recommend.

Tim is one of my favorite inspectors to include on my list for clients. He is very thorough and knowledgeable and has caught things in homes that most inspectors would have missed. Tim would be one of my top choices in Central Arkansas to inspect my own personal home.

Tim really knows his stuff. His inspection report was thorough and caught some serious issues that were not included on previous reports that I had seen on the property. He took time to explain his findings to me, the report was in plain language with thorough explanations, clear photos, and was delivered later that same night.
