They are thieves, they are after money. They request alot of documents and in the end after taking the application fee they say you don't qualify
I do not recommend this property It may seem nice that prior to 2016 all the Tenants have good reviews. The manager at that time was fired because she cares. Apparently, at this point if you want to live without peace in mind you can move ahead and apply as a tenant with a new manager. The management is new and by all means will not listen to concerns if they would have to pay for repairs. Any request with money involved will be put in deaf ears even if it is a violation of the Civil Code. They will constantly request entry ... read more
