Not enough time and space to tell you how bad this is! Landlords peer through the windows, paper thin walls, huge parties, that end with booze bottles getting thrown up and down the streets, graffiti on walls and cars, NO assistance from management, no maintenance, ( guy fixed our sink by putting a 2x2x4 chunk of wood under the pipe, then rummaged through out garbage bins!
