Unprofessional people. That Victor & Wendy just keep on promising to do the job, will ask uou to pay sercive charge in advance to do the job but they will not do it on time. Even if you call the office, no nobody will answer, if you leave a msg no one will call you back, if you send email they will not reply on time, office is close always and very hard to get an appointment. If you haven't been here, give them a try. We have been coming with this service for over 25 years, and have been very happy with the service that they provide. Today, we drove from the Fresno area...yea, fought with the friggin traffic and finally made it. So, we got our taxes, and now we are relieved. Another year for Tio Samuel....until next year. Give them a try. You won't be disappointed.

Do your self a favor and find someone else this place is extremely bad the guy that prepares the taxes named Victor does whatever he wants with your taxes and has made me go through so many problems with IRS and now he doesn’t answer calls
