I've been desperately trying to get in touch with someone in regards to a tenant that overpayed in rent over a year ago and was never reimbursed (about $500). She has spoken to the person working in the office at the apartments multiple times and was told it was being taken care of. When the apartments were being viewed by investors, her apartment was used as a show-house because it was clean and nicely decorated.
