Horrible horrible company, just like to collect money and not service the community the owner is something. I am surprise they are still in business. They have stolen money from our community and messed up the accounting books and never did a yearly audit. Jason is terrible communicator and doesn't not have clue, sweet boy. If you don't have a good board to check and balance I will guarantee your community will suffer in a bad way.
I reside at a condominium complex in Macomb County managed my Casa Bella Property Management . They have been our property managers for 14 months. Our property Manager is Jason Huchison . He has always been very attentive, enthusiastic is a good listener and very prompt at tending to all matters. THank you for all of the wonderful work and the willingness to always go the extra mile
Do NOT do business with these people. They will YELL at your residents, they are unresponsive and very unprofessional. What a shame.
Casa Bella Property Manage is the biggest unprofessional company out there!!! DO NOT USE THERE SERVICES they will never call you back follow the By-Laws of you association. It is always a run around with them and they will not help you out what so ever. Look at all the reviews they SUCK!!! I cant believe they are in business you will not be happy if you use them I can guarantee that. The owner literally just called my mother an idiot as I was calling in complaining about the lack of snow removal. They fine you for outrageous things if you do something they don't like. Then go turn around and make it a 'rule'. Little nazis run around with their clipboards marking things they don't like. I have been at the pool and saw them redecorating someone's planters out front and I heard them say 'there that looks better' (control freaks!
