Applied was told an old apartment said I owed them money ……not true so will fix that ..ever here some one keep the app fee and administration fee if not passed ….maybe after reading reviews I was lucky I can see keeping one of the fees but both…..and the term sheet of the application does not say anything guess buried in the papers ….bad business
