We have been shown nothing but kindness throughout our touring and application process. We are excited to move in! The property is beautiful and quiet.
I relocated to Casa Bella from the DC area. I didn't have a chance to tour the property in person prior to leasing, however thanks to the leasing and management team I was able to do so virtually. Rosemary and Tiffany have been absolutely wonderful. They answered all of my questions about the property and area in full. They were extremely kind, welcoming, and patient. Rosemary was our leasing consultant and as soon as we walked into the office we were greeted a warm invitation to come in. She was very knowledgeable of the property and such a nice lady. She answer all our questions and shared a few laughs which is always a plus. Even after hours she gave us a call about another unit we might be interested in. I visited for a tour and was greeted by an awesome staff member Rosemary, who made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Even though I don’t live there, she took her time showing us around, explaining everything in detail, and highlighting the beautiful grounds and amenities. The apartments are beautiful, but Rosemary’s warmth, kindness, and professionalism truly made the experience stand out. She honestly sold me on this place. If you stop by, definitely ask for Rosemary, I’m sure you’ll feel the same way.
