Purchased a Hummer EV from this dealer, not even 1k miles in and I’ve brought it in 3 times to both Thompson and Casa. At Casa, I’ve never been treated so poorly by a dealership. Lira Angel, stay away from her and her condescending tone. Doesn’t know the different between a software update and a reset and the need to run a hardware check as advised by corporate. Kept the car for 3 weeks only to replace parts on the car that were already replaced and did not need replacing.
I've been to Casa De Cadillac multiple times for car repairs and replacements, and every single time, I've been blown away by their exceptional customer service. What really sets them apart is their honesty and transparency - they only fix what's necessary, and I never feel like I'm being taken advantage of. It's incredibly refreshing to find a business that truly puts customers first!
Beautiful dealership, Very nostalgic! One of the last real Cadillac only dealerships left in Southern California. Parking might be a problem.
