These apartments are priced so low due to the condition of them. Tons of trash & debris is scattered everywhere. The buildings & apartments are in desparate need of repair. The walls & floors are extremely thin & they smell terrible. They only have 1 maintenance man for 7 buildings of 12 units. The window airconditioners are out dated & barely blow cold. The owners do not care if you need anything and they often accept a deposit before the apartment is ready. So, Be aware of these people before you sign anything. Its risky.
