Talk about a rundown place, where all things are broken well this place it is. That saying goes, not all grass is greener on the other side. Well this place is a joke. It’s not even livable. Let alone breathable. An inspector seriously needs to shut this place down immediately. Don’t bother wasting your time filling an application. You probably will get sick living there. Not a safe place for anybody. That one star shouldn’t even be there. Yikes!!! Worst place ever
I've been trying multiple times to get into contact with Casa apartments. Through text message, phone, email, etc but to no avail because they don't answer the phone. They've only called me back once and I was able to fill an application form and called back to seek more information regarding the deposits and if I can at least get a tour of the place. Trying to call this company they never answer their phone . Do anyone knows how much is a 1 bedroom ?
So had a friend just put in a application on line they don't have direct phone numbers for each location the lady called her back didn't not let my friend speak at all all she told my friend was that they are senior apts didn't even specify which ones they were the website doesn't even specify what is included and what's not included are they pet friendly or not pet friendly what the deposit is for the apts very bad company
