First of all, I've always hate dealerships and all the hassle. Just got home with an Alfa Romero I bought here for the wife and the experience was amazing. Zero, and I mean ZERO hassle. Dealerships are always hounding you to buy a car from them. Working with John I got more of a "You buy you buy, you don't, oh well" kind of feeling. NOT RENT A TRUCK FROM THIS LOCATION The entire experience was ABSOLUTELY AWFUL...... Not only was the online sign in difficult, trying to get a hold of someone to help walk through the process was next to impossible. ONLINE RESVERATION NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY... It took me more time to get a hold of someone that would help me than it would have been if I went to an actual UHAUL Location. These satellite offices are No match for the actual UHAUL location.
