ZERO stars. I had a VERY, beyond unsatisfactory experience & I didn’t even make a deal with them. Curran, the uneducated employee, took $200 to hold a car for a WEEKEND, when we later found out, from the OWNER, that they’re not even allowed to do that without a deal being made in the first place. We tried making a trade in but Curran was suddenly “too busy” to reply to us for over a week, after taking our $200.
