The worst place to buy cars. The cars that they sell are nice but bad engine. I will never recommend buying cars from car zone. If you buy cars from them you will have problems.
I think the owner has no integrity and consequently, his staff reflects the owner's leadership! They lie or misrepresent vehicle information to sell cars. What I am about to tell you is 100% true! My is Luis ********* ******and I have a really big issue with the vehicle I picked up about two weeks ago from CarZone, It's a (2004 VW golf gti 1.8t). Within the two week i had and enjoyed the vehicle, unfortunately it is no longer working (AFTER TWO WEEKS!!!!), almost died on the freeway because the vehicle didn't engage in to gear. I bought a Lemon from Carzones was lied to by Chewy as I questioned him about the transmission and it being part of that law suit against Ford and he kept telling me I'm fine and he didnt see anything ( never got a carfaxs from them ). On July 17 2018. I bought a 2012 Ford Focus from Carzones 1 in Reno Nv. Literally never had such a bad car buying experience ever. COMPLETE LEMON not even 40 miles later check engine light. After A FULL WEEK AND 2 days my spark plugs where replaced. Yeah spark plugs after almost 2 weeks then the day after I got the car back I start it and it dies then on comes the check engine light again spits oil out of the exhaust used a obd scanner and 6 error codes appeared. Not cheap fixes either overall just horrible experience please do not get scammed here they will lie right to your face

However, if this review prevents even 1 person from buying a car from Carzone and saving themselves from the gross negligence, and pure deceit of this company then it will be worth my time. 1. These people misrepresent their vehicles and overcharge for them. If you look at their reviews or complaints on any site, there are many unfortunate people who have been screwed over by Carzone's fraudulent practices. I am one of those people. They sold me a Trailblazer for $10K with a bad transmission and an after-market lift kit and oversized tires that they did not disclose at time of sale.
