Very disappointing experience. The dealership may look fine from the outside, but the way they treat transport drivers and vehicle delivery professionals is completely unacceptable. There is a clear lack of respect toward the people who deliver and pick up their vehicles. I personally experienced disrespectful behavior. This place has probably the best selection of great vehicles and also a lot of rare imports that are difficult to find. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and I would recommend this place to any and everybody looking to get a new vehicle. My next car is definitely coming from here!
Bought a car from Jackson lot. Less than 3 weeks later have had towed! Over 1000.00 in repair service. Dealer in Jackson ignoring buyer. Took advantage of 70 yr old women who just had a severe stroke. Mean dealerships DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. Seeing lawyers next week.
