They could improve by providing an assessment prior to starting the session. They could also provide feedback after the session rather than ghosting during the check out session.

I booked an appointment over the phone , was charged for said appointment, went to cancel .. guess what WASNT there ? I was charged for a service that wasnt put in the system . Will be walking in tomorrow !
Due to repeated amazing massages, I went ahead and got a membership. I have taken a couple relatives here, and they’ve all had good experiences. My fiancé and I are regulars now. Solomon is my go to therapist. I always get off the table feeling like a different person. Thank you so much Carytown Massage!
