Got charged for an order *they* canceled. Said I had to be charged because the food I still wanted was already made. They even charged me for food they said they were out of...but made somehow. Seems like I’m not the first person to have this happen either.

This is an awesome find. Excellent food, and great service. Even provided water bowls and pets when I brought my doggos.
Really good food(Ram Burger, Baked Potato fries, Onion Rings, and The Dude Buger), friendly service, yummy drinks, awesome atmosphere! Will Definitely be back!
Tonight my family stopped for takeout in the new Cary Street location. We placed an order for two burgers and two sides of fries at 6:33. We received our food at 7:20. I watched many people who placed orders after me, receive their order and I kept being told 5 more minutes. When I finally went up to cancel the order at 7:15 I was told I could have a free brownie or cookie. Is that all we can give people when they wait almost an hour in a semi full restaurant?
