Service was great and staff was very friendly. I got the lakeside burger and fries. Burger was on the dry side, but still very tasty. Def will be back
I want to start off that I do enjoy the burgers. The main reason why I'm rating this place a 2 is because the Carytown Burgers & Fries in Short Pump is way better. The 1st time we tried the restaurant, was in Short Pump and we were very impressed. The one off Cary st was closer to where we live so we thought we'd go there. The burgers taste the same but the service, what the burgers are served on, the atmosphere, was horrible. We couldn't believe how different the location on Cary St was from the Short Pump location. Customer service was awesome as you first come in the door. Was patient with us ordering and great for them to explain about the foods- definitely will go back there again!
The absolute best burger joint I've had the pleasure of traveling to. Try their Flying Squirrel.
A lil pricey, but the turkey burger I had was EVERYTHING!!!
