Dr. Brownell is compassionate, caring, relatable, interested, and approaches care in a common sense, thorough manner. I have been her patient for over 20 years and although I have moved farther from her office, I continue to make the trip receive care from her and her staff.
I had a severely infected ingrown toenail and was told that it was not nearly as bad is it turned out to be. This led to me waiting for further treatment which gave the infection time to spread to the bone. Thankfully it was caught by another doctor before I had to have my toe amputated. Past that, she is flakey which is the last quality I want in a doctor. She has forgotten details of treatment plans made earlier in the appointment.
